Southern California is the Automotive Capital of the World and without question, the preeminent dealership in Los Angeles for the past 44 years has been Rusnak Auto Group, now with 11 locations offering 9 different makes of cars.

Paul Rusnak opened his first location in 1966 because he saw a fascination with true European sports cars, which didn't exist in any significant numbers in the United States.

Prescient, ahead of the curve and with an uncanny sense of how Southern Californians feel about their automobiles, he grew the business to include, over the years, more than 32 different automotive makes, both domestic and European. As demand and tastes changed, so did the mix and the locations.

A short distance from the Art Center College of Design (where most automotive designers are nurtured), at the intersection of of the most famous crossroads for Rose Parade television viewers worldwide, Orange Grove and Colorado Boulevard, Rusnak/Pasadena showcases five different makes - Jaguar, Porsche, Audi and Rolls-Royce and Bentley - in historic buildings which have served as automotive dealerships since the turn of the century. The walls speak of Hudson, Nash, Essex, and Pierce-Arrow. The famous Walter M. Murphy Motors and Murphy Co. coachworks of Duesenberg fame was housed where Rusnak now offers sleek Porsches. And perhaps, most interesting of all, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics has designated the Rolls-Royce dealership as one of the nation's historic aerospace sites and the first plant for Aerojet Engineering Corp and the site of the invention of rocket-fuel.

The largest automotive mall in the world houses Rusnak/Westlake and its BMW, Porsche and Audi dealerships. Volvo is an institution in East Pasadena on East Colorado Boulevard. Rusnak Mercedes-Benz in Arcadia has grown its sales and parts facilities through the years, to become one of the top dealerships in Southern California.

Rusnak Auto Group has received many awards over the years including the first J.D. Powers "Customer Approved Retailer," Sports Illustrated Dealer of Distinction, BMW "Center of Excellence" for customer satisfaction, Pride of Jaguar, Audi Magna Society, Volvo President's Award, and Porsche Premier Dealer. The best awards have come from the many repeat clients who have made Rusnak the number one volume Audi dealer in the Western United States, the number one Jaguar dealer in USA, the number one Porsche new and pre-owned dealer in the USA and the fastest growing BMW dealership in Southern California.
